Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We work with collectors, institutions and organisations on custom projects. Send us your requirements through our Custom Order page and we will reply with a quote covering price, timeline and the advance payment required before production.
Do you take bulk or institutional orders?
Yes. For regiments, messes, institutions and companies we offer bulk pricing, formal quotations and invoices, custom plaques or engraving on the base, and premium gift boxing.
How long does delivery take?
Every model is made to order. Production takes 12–15 days, followed by courier delivery. We send you the tracking number on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.
Can I collect my order in Karachi?
Yes. Karachi customers can collect from our studio in Korangi Industrial Area. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Tell us the model and your destination and we will quote shipping cost and delivery time. International orders are paid by bank wire, with a partial or full advance before production. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer on arrival.
