Ordering

How do I know my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you complete checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. After 24 hours your model is in production and the order cannot be cancelled.

Our models

What sizes do your models come in?

Each model is listed by its length (or wingspan for aircraft) in inches. The sizes available for each model are shown as options on its product page — typically 8in or 10in, and 16in. Larger custom sizes are available on request.

Do the models need assembly or painting?

No. Every model is 3D printed in high-resolution resin, then hand-finished and painted in our Karachi studio. It arrives ready to display.

Do you offer custom builds?

Yes. Visit our Custom Order page to send a request. We will send you a quote with the price, timeline and the advance payment required before production.

Do you take institutional or bulk orders?

Yes. For regiments, messes, institutions and companies we offer bulk pricing, formal quotations and invoices, custom plaques or engraving on the base, and premium gift boxing. Email or WhatsApp us with your quantities and requirements.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Every model is made to order. Production takes 12–15 days, then courier delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Pakistan. Custom sizes and large editions take longer — we confirm the timeline before production starts.

Which courier do you use, and can I track my order?

We ship with TCS, or another reliable courier where needed. When your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking number on WhatsApp.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free across Pakistan on orders of PKR 24,000 and above. Orders below PKR 24,000 have a flat PKR 1,500 shipping charge.

Can I collect my order from your studio?

Yes. Karachi customers can collect from our studio in Korangi Industrial Area. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Send us the model and your destination on WhatsApp or email and we will quote shipping cost and delivery time, using the best courier for your country. International orders are paid by bank wire, with a partial or full advance before production. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer on arrival.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Within Pakistan: Cash on Delivery nationwide, or bank transfer. Custom orders require an advance, stated in your quote.
International: bank wire, with a partial or full advance before production.
Card payments are not available yet.

Damage and returns

What if my model arrives damaged?

Every order is double-boxed and foam-encased. If your model arrives damaged or defective, send us photos of the model and the box within 12 hours of delivery. After reviewing them we will repair, replace or refund your model. Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. See our Returns page for details.
