Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us with your order number. After 24 hours your model is in production and the order cannot be cancelled.

Change of mind

Every OBJEXYZ model is made to order and hand-finished, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or defective items

If your model arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the model and the box — on WhatsApp at +92 318 713 0088 or by email at info@objexyz.com. After reviewing your photos, we will repair, replace or refund the model.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made by bank transfer.

Custom orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
