By accessing and using the OBJEXYZ website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the site or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the site.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed; after that, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Within Pakistan, payment is by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. Custom orders require an advance payment, stated in the quote, before production begins. International orders are paid by bank wire, with a partial or full advance before production.

Production and Delivery

Every model is made to order. Production takes 12–15 days, followed by courier delivery, usually 2–4 working days within Pakistan. Custom sizes and large editions take longer and their timeline is confirmed before production. We make every effort to meet these timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery dates. See our Shipping page for charges, studio pickup and international orders.

International Orders

Customs duties and import taxes at the destination are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged or defective models must be reported with photos of the model and the box within 12 hours of delivery; after review we will repair, replace or refund the model. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, and custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. See our Returns page for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, and graphics, is the property of OBJEXYZ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
